May at Furzey Gardens

May at Furzey Gardens

A trip to Furzey Gardens at any time of the year is special to many people, but the month of May is truly a beautiful sight as our rhododendrons and azaleas hit their peak season.

A place where people thrive

Furzey Gardens is a special place of tranquility and wonder, where anybody can escape from the pressures of everyday life.

It is home to a community of gardeners with learning disabilities who are at the heart of the garden.

Every day, people are gaining skills and confidence through helping to maintain the gardens, serving in the tea rooms and nurturing plants in our onsite plant nursery.

Your donations are supporting their vital work.

With your support the team are achieving remarkable things, including RHS gold medals.
