New
Forest Open Air Theatre are back at Furzey Gardens with their big summer comedy. Expect the usual
blend of laughter, music and magic as the sun goes down.
She
Stoops to Conquer is Oliver Goldsmith's bighearted classic comedy. Think
Shakespeare meets farce! Two eligible young Batchelors from London arrive in
the countryside, and come up against the escapades of practical joker Tony
Lumpkin and daredevil Kate Hardcastle. Chaos and high comedy ensue during one
summer night in the countryside.
With
live jigs and reels, and country dancing, join us for this summer celebration
of life and love.
