Become a Friend of Furzey to help the gardens you love to thrive all year round.
When you become a member, you are supporting Furzey Gardens through a voluntary donation.
By choosing the suggested donation you are giving a year’s worth of support and helping us plan for the next 12 months.
You will help us care for the gardens throughout the seasons, and support the people with learning disabilities who work here – all while you enjoy a year of visiting us.
You can also choose an alternative membership donation using the ‘enter custom amount’ option.

Why your membership matters
Donating for membership at the suggested amount helps us to:
- Care for the gardens year-round, from winter maintenance to spring planting
- Protect rare and unusual plants, and nurture new growth
- Enable the supported gardening team to thrive, helping people with learning disabilities build skills, confidence and purpose
- Plan for the year ahead, so Furzey can remain a special place for all.

Can I pay by cheque or in person?
If you prefer to pay by cheque or in person, you can do so in the Tea Rooms.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
You will receive a confirmation email from us once you have completed the process, please check your emails spam/junk folder if you do not receive it.
How do I renew my membership?
We will notify you via email when your membership is coming up for renewal. If you are renewing your membership, please fill out the form as if you were purchasing a new membership.
Can I Gift Aid my membership donation?
Yes. During the checkout process, please tick Gift Aid if you can. It helps us to do more.

Further donations
Your membership donation helps us plan ahead, care for the gardens and support our charitable work with people with learning disabilities throughout the year.
Some members also choose to make an additional donation when they visit. These extra gifts help us further our support. There is no expectation to give again, but any further support is always appreciated.
